> PowerHouse Data Centers is a developer and builder of next-generation hyperscale data centers and powered shells across North America, and a division of American Real Estate Partners (AREP). PowerHouse delivers technical real estate solutions for cloud, AI, and enterprise clients, with a focus on speed-to-market, high-density power, and future-ready design for High Performance Computing (HPC), High Density Power (HDP), and immersive/liquid cooling in OCP-ready and DGX-ready environments.

PowerHouse pairs institutional real estate expertise (site selection, entitlements, capital) with data center development and delivery. The portfolio spans 13 campuses in core and emerging markets including Northern Virginia, Dallas–Fort Worth, Reno, Louisville, Charlotte, and Pennsylvania, delivered directly and through joint ventures with partners such as Blue Owl, Chirisa Technology Parks, Provident, Harrison Street, Town Lane, Poe Companies, and Pennsylvania Data Center Partners.
