As Vice President of Data Center Asset Management, Olesya oversees the day-to-day operations strategy for her portfolio, including lease transactions and financing and disposition efforts. She brings a broad range of industry experience, including investment sales, corporate real estate positioning, and property management.
Before joining AREP, Olesya was an Associate Director at CBRE, where she specialized in underwriting and positioning commercial properties for sale or recapitalization on behalf of REITs, insurance companies, special servicers, and major corporations. Prior to this, Olesya held analyst and advisory positions at Edelman Financial Services, and Gates, Hudson & Associates managing its 3.7 million square feet Washington DC area portfolio. Olesya started her career as the Property Manager for the Capitol Hill Press Club office complex.
Olesya holds a Master of Real Estate Finance, Investment & Development from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages from the University of Nizhny Novgorod. She is also a licensed real estate professional in the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland.
