Vice President, Entitlements & Planning
Elizabeth (Liz) brings over 20 years of experience in land use planning, zoning, development, and local government. She is responsible for leading all aspects of AREP’s entitlement efforts and coordination firm-wide.
Liz excels at creating a constructive and positive dialogue with team members, local government, and the community throughout the entitlement process. Prior to joining AREP, Liz was the Director of Entitlements for Northpoint Realty Partners overseeing their portfolio expansion into the industrial and data center markets. Liz earned her Master’s degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia and and holds LEED AP and AICP certifications. She is an active member of the American Planning Association and ULI.
