Senior Operations Manager
James joined AREP in 2015. As Senior Operations Manager, James oversees on-site technical operations within our data center environments and commercial facilities to ensure the operations, maintenance, staff and vendor management standards of the contract are met in a cost-effective, safe and efficient manner for AREP and our clients.
James brings more than 29 years of experience in management and customer relationship management with knowledge of critical equipment, systems, and controls, including Trane, Carrier and York chillers, Leibert and Air Flow CRAC units, BAC Cooling Towers, Building Automation Systems like Seimens, Trane Tracer Summit, Foresser data tracker, GE monitoring systems, emergency power operations and more to ensure continuous reliability for tenants throughout AREP’s portfolio of properties.
