Jarrett Appleby is a Senior Advisor for PowerHouse Data Centers, a division of AREP. He is currently the CEO of Appleby Strategy Group, a digital infrastructure advisory group that works with leading private equity and technology companies. He has also been the Senior Advisor to the Blackstone Group for the last four years.
Jarrett is a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience successfully developing and executing growth strategies for technology platform and IT solution companies in competitive global markets. He has held a number of senior executive positions including Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Digital Realty until 2017. Within these leadership roles, Jarrett has led strategic operational change and accelerated the profitability of some of the world’s leading digital infrastructure companies.
Prior to 2014, he held COO positions at CoreSite Realty as well as maintaining corporate sales and business development responsibilities as the inaugural Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Equinix Inc. In addition to his significant operating credentials, Jarrett has led teams involved in corporate transactions in excess of $11.5 billion across data centers, managed network services and security services.
