Brett Jacobs is the Vice President of Development & Construction at PowerHouse Data Centers. He oversees the daily operations of critical hyperscale development projects where he ensures each site is designed, built and delivered to the highest technical standards. Brett brings over a decade of global experience in managing fast-paced, mission-critical projects across the data center and petrochemical sectors.

Before joining PowerHouse, Brett served as Manager of Construction at Amazon Web Services, where he led a $1 billion portfolio spanning nine campuses and 500 MW of capacity. Earlier in his career, he held engineering and project management roles at ExxonMobil, working across the U.S. and Europe on major energy and infrastructure initiatives.

Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and isa Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
