As Senior Operations Manager, James oversees on-site technical operations for our data center developments and environments to ensure seamless and effective operations management for our clients.  

James brings more than three decades of experience in operations and customer relationship management with knowledge of critical equipment, systems, and controls, including Trane, Carrier and York chillers, Leibert and Air Flow CRAC units, BAC Cooling Towers, Building Automation Systems like Seimens, Trane Tracer Summit, Foresser data tracker, GE monitoring systems, emergency power operations and more to ensure continuous reliability for tenants throughout AREP’s portfolio of properties.
