As the Director of Data Center Utilities, William brings more than 14 years of significant experience to PowerHouse, strategically leading the development of domestic and reclaimed water, fiber, and other utilities crucial for successful project execution.
While collaborating with everyone from data center end-users and equipment suppliers to energy suppliers and capital partners, William manages project communications, budgets, scheduling, consultant and contractor selection, and overall utility development to drive innovation and sustainable growth in the data center industry.
Across his many years of experience, William has held multiple positions at Dominion Energy, including roles in electric infrastructure design, business development, and leading the company's Innovation Team. Notably, he spearheaded Dominion Energy's data center services initiative for several years, overseeing the recruitment and execution of major data center projects in Virginia. In his latest role with Dominion Energy, he served as a strategic advisor for electric transmission projects.
William holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Old Dominion University.
