Director, Development & Construction

Russell Intermaggio is a Director of Development &Construction at PowerHouse Data Centers, where he oversees entitlement, design, construction, and project promotion for the Richmond campus, CTP. Russell coordinates daily activities across multiple teams, ensuring schedules stay on track, budgets remain controlled, and quality standards are met from groundbreaking through ribbon-cutting.

He brings over 10 years of construction experience, including eight years focused on data center projects. Most recently at HITT Contracting, Russell served as Senior Project Manager on concurrent, mission-critical builds—leading teams of up to 35 staff and contributing to more than $2.4 billion in company revenue. His responsibilities spanned pre-construction budgeting, subcontractor coordination, cost and schedule control, and final closeout. Earlier in his career, Russell honed his craft at EPPX Construction, Hathaway Dinwiddie and Hensel Phelps, working on a range of commercial and institutional projects.

Russell holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University. He is a LEED Green Associate and holds OSHA 10- and 30-hour certifications. Passionate about hands-on leadership, Russell draws on a lifetime in construction—from his first site at16—to deliver complex projects with precision and care.
